Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Mystic Tarot AI: Card Reading mobile application (the “Application”) provided by Darina Udovichko (the “Service Provider”). By installing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

Store and Platform Terms

The Application may be distributed through Google Play and/or the Apple App Store. Your use of the Application is also subject to the applicable platform agreements (including store terms, device terms, and mandatory local consumer laws). If these Terms conflict with non-waivable legal rights, applicable law prevails.

License

Subject to these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, lawful use on devices you own or control.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, or create derivative works from the Application except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Eligibility and Account Integrity

You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you use the Application on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining device/account security and for activity that occurs through your device or account unless caused by unauthorized third-party access beyond your control.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Application lawfully, not to interfere with service integrity, and not to misuse automated features. You are responsible for your own decisions based on generated content.

• Do not use the Application for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, abuse APIs, or disrupt service operation.
• Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute protected content except where permitted by law.

AI and Informational Content

The Application may provide AI-generated or tarot-related reflective content. Such content is for entertainment and personal reflection only and does not constitute medical, legal, psychological, financial, or other professional advice.

Privacy

Data handling is described in the Application's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate third-party services, including Firebase, Crashlytics, Analytics, and AdMob, each subject to their own terms and policies.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Store Billing

If the Application offers paid content, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, billing and refunds are processed by the platform store (Google Play or Apple App Store) under that store's terms and refund policies.

The Service Provider does not process full payment card details directly when purchases are handled by the store.

Intellectual Property

The Application, including software, design elements, text, graphics, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Service Provider and/or licensors.

Disclaimers

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Application. Where limitations are restricted by law, liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

Termination

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if operationally required. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

Export, Sanctions, and Compliance

You agree to comply with applicable export-control, sanctions, and trade laws when using the Application. You must not use the Application in prohibited jurisdictions or for prohibited end uses where restricted by applicable law.

Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by applicable law determined under conflict rules and mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights granted by your local law.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at the same URL and become effective on the stated date.
