This privacy policy applies to the Mystic Tarot AI: Card Reading mobile application (the “Application”), provided as a freemium service by Darina Udovichko (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided on an “AS IS” basis.

This policy is intended to be a stable privacy URL for both Google Play and Apple App Store listings.

AI processing is performed in accordance with this policy and applicable law. AI outputs may be probabilistic and should be treated as informational/reflective content rather than guaranteed facts.

Mystic Tarot AI provides tarot interpretations for reflection and entertainment only; it does not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.

Legal Bases for Processing

You can stop collection through the Application at any time by uninstalling it using standard uninstall methods available on your device or app marketplace.

User-provided data is retained for as long as needed to provide the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal, security, and operational reasons.

The Application is not directed to children under 13 and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such data is discovered, the Service Provider will delete it promptly.

Security

Do Not Track and Tracking Controls

Mobile platforms may provide ad and tracking controls. The Application honors platform-level controls where technically available and required, but browser-style Do Not Track signals are not always supported in mobile app environments.

International Stores and Platform Terms

This policy is intended to serve as a single public privacy URL for both Google Play and Apple App Store listings. Use of the Application is also subject to the applicable platform terms and mandatory consumer rights in your region.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after an update means you accept the updated policy where permitted by law.
