End User License Agreement (EULA)

License grant

Subject to these Terms (including disclaimers), Nazar Kuzenko, operating as “Sych.Tech” grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and run one object-code copy of Asian Food AI: Scan & Explore on Android devices you own or control, obtained through Google Play.

This EULA is the software license schedule referenced in the Terms of Use.

License restrictions

Unless mandatory law permits otherwise, you must not: copy (except backup allowed by Play), modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; circumvent technical limitations; integrate the App into malware; use the App to build a competing dish-matching database by automated extraction; or publish benchmark or security research that violates Google’s policies or our written authorization.

Updates and remote changes

We may deliver updates (bugfixes, enhancements, deprecation of legacy flows). Installing updates signifies acceptance unless Google Play provides different upgrade consent rules. Older versions might stop functioning when backend endpoints retire.

Open source acknowledgments

The App may incorporate open-source components referenced in-settings or bundled notices. OSS licenses prevail over this EULA only for those third-party portions to the extent they explicitly require.

Ownership

We and our licensors own all intellectual property rights in and to the App. No rights are conveyed except for the limited runtime license expressly stated herein.

Term and termination

This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply or if we cease distribution via Play. Sections meant to endure (ownership, limitations, disclaimers) survive termination. On termination, uninstall the App and discontinue use.

Export controls

You certify you are not in a jurisdiction prohibited by U.S., EU, or other applicable sanctions from receiving software. Do not export or transfer the App except as law allows.

Warranty disclaimer on licensed software

THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
