Acceptance of terms

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your use of Asian Food AI (the “App”) provided by Nazar Kuzenko, operating as “Sych.Tech”. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

This document is a practical summary for a pre-release listing; have legal counsel review before you treat it as final.

Store EULAs and platform terms

The App is distributed through official stores (e.g. Google Play). You also agree to the end user license agreement (EULA) and terms of the store and platform from which you download the App—including Google Play’s and your device’s applicable terms. Those terms are integrated by reference. If any store rule is stricter for consumers, it may take precedence in your jurisdiction to the extent required by law.

License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in object code form, only as permitted by these Terms and the store rules, and only on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App except where mandatory law allows.

Third-party services and consent

The App relies on third-party services you accept when you use a modern Android device and the App, including:

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, and, where used, cloud messaging for push notifications) — for analytics, crash reporting, and optional push delivery, under Google’s terms.
• Google AdMob — for advertising, where the build includes ads, under AdMob and Google’s advertising terms.
• Push notifications — if you allow them, you consent to the processing described in the privacy policy, including the use of push tokens to deliver messages.

Privacy

Our data practices, including use of Firebase, AdMob, push notifications, and our commitment to protect user data (including with encryption), are described in the Privacy policy for this App, published on this site. The Privacy policy is part of your agreement with us.

No professional advice; informational features

Unless the in-store copy states otherwise, the App may offer informational or lifestyle content (e.g. tarot, food discovery, financial planning, pet care) that is not a substitute for licensed professionals, regulated advice, or emergency services. You use the App and any AI or automated output at your own risk.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except as required by mandatory law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid for the App or in-app items in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) the minimum amount allowed by law in your jurisdiction. Some regions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the App if you breach these Terms or for operational reasons, subject to the store’s rules. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise, the Terms are subject to the laws applicable to the operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree that courts in that jurisdiction (or those indicated by the store) may have appropriate venue, without prejudice to your non-waivable rights as a consumer.
