End User License Agreement (EULA)

License grant

Subject to these Terms (including disclaimers), Nazar Kuzenko, operating as “Sych.Tech” grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and run one object-code copy of Pet Care AI: Smart Companion on Android devices you own or control, obtained through Google Play (com.petcare.sychai).

This EULA is the software license schedule referenced in the Terms of Use.

License restrictions

Unless mandatory law permits otherwise, you must not: copy (except as allowed by Google Play), modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App; circumvent technical limitations; use the App to distribute malware; or misuse exported PDFs or data to misrepresent veterinary facts.

Updates

We may ship updates (fixes, features, deprecations). Installing updates signifies acceptance unless Google Play provides different rules. Older versions may stop working when backends change.

Ownership

We and our licensors own intellectual property in the App. No rights are conveyed except the limited runtime license stated here.

Platform terms

Google Play’s terms and policies apply to your acquisition and use of the App.

Warranty disclaimer

THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS IN THE TERMS OF USE APPLY.

Termination

This license ends if you breach these Terms or stop using the App. Uninstall if you no longer accept the license.
