Introduction

This privacy policy explains how Pet Care AI (the “App”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App. The App is offered by Nazar Kuzenko, operating as “Sych.Tech” through official mobile stores (e.g. Google Play). This policy is published on https://sych-tech.com as a stable URL for your store listing; it may be updated and the new version will be linked from the store page when you ship.

By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Platform terms (EULA)

Your download and use of the App are also governed by the end user license terms and conditions of the platform where you obtain the App (for example, the Google Play Terms of Service and any applicable Google Play, device, and regional terms). Where those store rules conflict for consumers, mandatory laws of your country may apply. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

Information we use and how

Depending on the build you install, the App may process the categories below. Exact data categories may appear in the store’s in-product disclosures and the Google Play Data safety section at release.

• Google Firebase Analytics — to understand how the App is used (e.g. screens, feature usage, and campaign attribution where enabled), to improve the product, and to measure stability trends.
• Google Firebase Crashlytics — to receive crash and diagnostic data so we can find and fix bugs, including device model, OS version, and stack traces related to a crash.
• Google AdMob (advertising) — to show ads where enabled. AdMob and its partners may use identifiers (such as the advertising ID on Android) and device or usage data to show and measure advertising; you can often limit ad personalization in your device or Google settings.
• Push notifications — if you opt in, we use push services (for example, Firebase Cloud Messaging) to send notifications to your device. A push token and related delivery metadata are processed to deliver and measure messages. You can turn off notifications in the App or in system settings, depending on the build.
• Account and in-app data you provide — for example, profile, preferences, or content you create inside the App, as required for the features you use.

Encryption and security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data. User data is processed using encryption in transit (for example, TLS for network communication) and encryption at rest where the platform and our configuration support it, so that we treat confidentiality and integrity seriously. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to follow common industry practice for mobile apps in this class.

Service providers (processors)

We use services operated by Google (including Firebase and AdMob) that process data on our behalf. Their use is subject to Google’s terms and privacy policies, including Google Privacy Policy and Google’s policies for Firebase and advertising products. We choose settings and SDKs to align with this policy, but the underlying providers operate their own infrastructure.

Children

The App is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required in your region for the features offered. If you believe we have collected information from a child in a way that violates law, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can also manage advertising IDs and notification settings on your device. For requests about data we control, contact us at the email below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when the App or our practices change. The “Last updated” line at the top (when you add it in your CMS) and the in-store link should be refreshed when you release a new version. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy where permitted by law.
