End User License Agreement (EULA)

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Freedom Finance AI: Debt Plan on Android devices you own or control.

Restrictions

Except where mandatory law permits, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App.

Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the App (including software, design, branding, and content) remain with the operator and licensors. No ownership is transferred to you.

Updates and Service Changes

The App may receive updates, feature changes, or deprecations. Some features may require newer versions, internet connectivity, or backend availability.

Platform Terms

For Google Play downloads, this EULA works together with Google Play’s applicable terms and policies.

Warranty Disclaimer and Liability

THE APP IS LICENSED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ERROR-FREE OPERATION. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS IN THE TERMS OF USE APPLY TO THIS EULA AS WELL.

Termination

This license terminates if you violate these terms or when you stop using and uninstall the App. Provisions that by nature survive (ownership, disclaimers, limits) continue after termination.
